How long have you been in business?
Keybridge IT Solutions began trading in 2011, and now has 14 staff all dedicated to servicing your business needs. Managing Director Andy Hinxman has been working in IT for over fifteen years.
How much do your support contracts cost?
We charge on a per user per month basis, and the cost relies on the level of support you require. If you require on site and remote support this would cost more than say just remote support. We can provide a range of catered packages to suit your own business needs.
What size companies do you support?
We typically support small to medium sized companies ranging from one to forty users, however we support larger clients with one to three hundred users. We also support international users.
What services do you provide?
We provide a range of services to cover your IT needs. Our fully managed IT support packages include proactive support, monitoring and maintenance, anti-virus and web protection as standard. On top of this we can help you migrate to Office 365 for email and data. We also supply our very own virtual desktops and servers to suit all business needs.
Do you support Bond Adapt?
We provide short term and long term support for Bond Adapt V8 and V9 systems. We have a specialist engineer dedicated to supporting Bond Adapt systems. We can also help customers looking to migrate from Bond Adapt, and can help you migrate your valuable data.
