Keybridge IT have supported Gemini Search since its conception in 2011, and from there have supported and assisted them grow from 3 staff to over 60. With the implementation of Cloud Solutions for their business, namely Office 365, Gemini Search have a strong disaster recovery plan, and can increase productivity and accessibility to their emails and documents, anytime, anywhere and from any device.
At the beginning Gemini Search was a Recruitment Company of 3 staff based in London, who we approached with our fully managed IT Support Package. With the aim to be the market leading recruitment business of "creative, advertising, digital, fashion and marketing", Keybridge IT sought to find the best solution to help Gemini grow. Keybridge IT assisted with the initial set up, including the office move to another client and Hamilton Bradshaw company, Exsurgo. With hosted exchange for email and a shared folder on the PCs, Gemini could affordably run their IT for a business their size and readily access their documents. Additionally Gemini Search used a recruitment CRM Talisman, the same as the other Hamilton Bradshaw companies, for a temporary solution. We also set Gemini up on a Voicenet VOiP contract with cheap call rates.
The following year it became apparent Gemini was increasing rapidly and required a larger office and a solution more suited to a growing medium sized business. With this in mind we moved Gemini into their new office and installed a server to manage their shared drives and printing. Alongside the new server, and for an effective business disaster recovery plan, we installed our own managed online back up. With this we could monitor the backup every day and ensure Gemini's data was protected.
Why choose Cloud?
With further increases to staff numbers in the subsequent year Gemini was required to move to an even larger office, which Keybridge IT aided in. With this physical move, Keybridge IT recommended for a totally cloud based system, for cost-effectiveness, efficiency and accessibility. With this in mind, we recommended Office 365, with its business premium mailbox that also included the Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, Lync and SharePoint. We also migrated the data from their previous CRM Talisman to Bullhorn and changed their VOiP from Voicenet to SYNETY - all cloud partners. Lastly we added our managed anti-virus for security maintenance and proactive monitoring.
All of these components combined provided a robust and flexible cloud based solution suited to Gemini's growing business. Currently Gemini Search and Keybridge IT continue to work on a very much partnership based relationship with our regular on site engineer visits and monthly meetings.
