Keybridge began with a simple frustration. Our founder had spent more than a decade running IT inside recruitment businesses and kept seeing the same pattern: companies that relied entirely on technology being supported by providers doing the bare minimum.
He believed it could be done properly, so he built a company to do exactly that.
Today, Keybridge is a team of 25 specialists supporting more than 200 organisations across the UK. We've grown well beyond our recruitment roots and now work with law firms, accountancies, consultancies and professional-services businesses of all sizes.
What hasn't changed is the belief we started with: IT should be secure, reliable and genuinely useful, and the people behind it should actually know your name.

We'd rather lose a deal than recommend something a client doesn't need, or hand over a certificate that hasn't been properly earned. Our reputation depends on doing things properly, even when that means difficult conversations.

Most of the people we work with aren't technical and don't want to be. We explain technology in plain English, give clear recommendations and help clients make informed decisions, without hiding behind jargon.
We build security in by default

Keybridge is led by our founder and CEO and supported by a team of specialists across IT support, cyber security and AI. During business hours you'll work with our UK-based team. Outside those hours, our experienced English-speaking colleagues in the Philippines provide overnight and weekend support, so there is always a real person available when you need help.
Those credentials matter, but our clients stay because of the people behind them. We build long-term relationships, take ownership of problems and genuinely care about helping businesses succeed.
